Shipping & Returns
We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via UPS and/or USPS. Please allow 3-5 processing days before orders ship.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns at this time.
If there is an error with your shipment, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving shipment to discuss return and/or refund.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 24 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we cannot allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits, or our payment processing could be suspended.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to your sales associate, or email@example.com, within 48 hours of receiving shipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at info@ gruenecross.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!
GCHW LLC. ships internationally to most countries where laws allow. If your country is on our list, any order you place will have the option to send it to that country upon completion. If you do not see an option for your country, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
At this time, all international orders are shipped via USPS OR FEDEX and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other shipping options.)
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
